Que rico! This quaint little cafe serves up absolutely delectable espresso and focaccia. I enjoyed a focaccia sandwich with burrata, pistachio pesto, arugula and tomato and it was out of this world. An enormous and delicious sandwich, prepared with care. The cafe is very busy (which oftentimes signals popularity) but the owner was very kind as he bustled about preparing food and coffees for all.

This little cafe has so much atmosphere and the food is amazing. The breakfasts I had there were superb, like in a 5-star hotel. The food is good quality, well served, great choice too. You can get any coffee, fresh smoothie, wraps, dandwiches, salads, etc. The owner is such a friendly man and he speaks good English. I had the most enjoyable mornings in this café.

Hidden gem walkable distance from Barcelona Sants. The owner is very passionate and friendly and the sandwich is amazing. It’s always the simple food that hits right in your heart. Perfect start of a morning.

Alessandro is an incredible person, kind, professional and passionate. Today I had the best parmigiana ever! This is one of those small cosy places where you can only catch good vibes and carry them with you for the rest of the day.

Absolutely best coffee , customer service and everything price around the area! Definitely a hidden gem , plus this coffee shop is open rather early in comparison to the others around the area that say they are open on google reviews but actually closed when I arrived. Alexandro the owner is so friendly and he customs your sandwiches to however you like, you just have to ask. My two year old is a fussy eater but loved the sandwiches here!Super friendly owner who immediately made us feel welcomed. Delicious food. We loved the caprese. The photo doesn't do it justice.
A small café with so much personality and amazing food and coffee I can only recommend .The owner was so nice and recommended such good, typical restaurants. I will absolutely come back when I travel here again. Thank you for everything!

Tiny place, we didn't eat, but it seem like the man running the place pays extra attention to detail.. Like a chupito of non alcoholic anis with your coffee as standard. Also, super friendly.. So for this I'll give a 5 star, in a city where service is generally not that great. In fact, some places in Sants will turn you away if you don't order enough! See previous reviews.

My family and I spent a week in Barcelona. TotSants was one of only two places we went to more than once. It's a little small inside the restaurant, but Alé made it feel like home. And don't worry there is some outdoor seating. He didn't mind working with us through the language barrier to understand the menu, as Spanish is not my native tongue. He was very friendly, incredibly welcoming, and he does it all himself. Everything we had during the few times we were able to visit was delicious and fresh. There was nothing served that wasn't up to standard. The cappuccinos, focaccia, lasagna, crepes, etc. were all delicious. I am going to miss both the food and the warmth of friendliness from a man who is passionate about his product.I'm an American living in Barcelona and Tot Sants Cafe is my number one place to go for coffee (and I go at least 3 or more times weekly)! Best coffee in Barcelona, hands-down! Ali, the Italian owner is kind, warm, outgoing and friendly and he speaks English, thankfully! Sweet, welcoming place and very nice business owner!
If you are looking for a hidden gem in Sants this is your spot. Best coffee in Sants, super recommended.

Best bar in plaza de sants, Alex is an amazing italian guy who attends you super professionally with a lot of energy! Great Italian coffee, delicious piadina, sandwiches, breakfast and lunch menus! Highly recommend!
Walked by and stopped accidentally for the best drinks in town. Definitely a hidden gem in the area. Not only drinks and food made with love but also very friendly people. If I would live in the area this would be definitely my go to spot.
